Because MeoTracker sells instantly accessible digital goods, all sales are generally final once access has been delivered, except where a refund is required by mandatory consumer law or where MeoTracker determines in its discretion that a specific issue justifies a goodwill resolution.

The rationale for this policy is that digital files, templates, links, and guides can be copied, duplicated, or retained after delivery, making returns fundamentally different from the return of sealed physical goods.
