At MeoTracker, we build tools designed to reduce friction and support neurodivergent minds. We want our products to genuinely help you. While digital products are traditionally non-refundable due to their nature, we operate with a customer-first approach.

1. The 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We understand that sometimes a system just doesn't click with your brain. If you have purchased a template, genuinely attempted to use it, and find that it does not fit your workflow, we offer a 14-day evaluation period.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, we simply ask that you:

  • Contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
  • Provide brief feedback on why the system didn't work for you (this helps us improve our neuro-inclusive designs).
  • Allow our support team a chance to help you configure the template to better suit your needs.

Technical Issues & Corrupted Files

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your Notion templates, downloading your PDFs, or opening Canva files, please reach out immediately. If our technical support cannot resolve the issue and grant you proper access within 48 hours, a full refund will be issued automatically.

2. Duplicate Purchases

Accidents happen! If you accidentally purchase the exact same template or bundle twice, please email our support team with your order numbers. We will promptly refund the duplicate transaction in full.

3. Fraud & Policy Abuse

To protect our small business, we reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect abuse of this policy. Examples of policy abuse include:

  • Purchasing, downloading all assets, and immediately requesting a refund without attempting to use the product.
  • Repeatedly purchasing and refunding different products.
  • Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your bank or credit card provider before contacting our support team.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved by our team, it is processed immediately on our end via Stripe. However, depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your credit card company first, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

Please include your Order Number and the email address used during checkout to help us locate your transaction quickly.
